CHILLI HUMMUS

Ingredients:

1tbsp x 7 SPICE chili oil

540ml  can x chick peas

1x lemon (juice and zest)

½ cup x extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves x roasted garlic

S&P x to taste

-drain, rinse, dry chick peas

-put chick peas in food processor with roasted garlic, and half of the olive oil

-blitz until mixture comes together (scrape sides a couple times if needed)

-add 7 Spice, lemon juice/zest, pinch of salt&pepper, and last of olive oil

-blitz to desired texture

(if you desire a more spicy version add more 7 Spice)(for a less thick version add more olive oil)
